The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all operations from A to Z related to the product’s development, performance, technical support, and market readiness. While the brand is already established, this role focuses on enhancing brand presence, system performance, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire technical lifecycle of the product – installation, performance, maintenance, and improvement. • Serve as the go-to engineer for all matters related to the boiler system’s performance and technical troubleshooting. • Manage communications and coordination with the brand’s international representatives when needed. • Conduct regular product inspections and ensure quality standards are met. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the product’s functionality and market competitiveness. • Support the sales and marketing team by providing technical insight and training when needed. • Maintain technical documentation and reporting. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Proven experience with boiler systems, heating systems, or industrial mechanical equipment. • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of technical processes. • Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish, written and spoken. • Strong communication and coordination skills
