Job Description
Position: Marketing & Business Development Executive
Location: [Erbil,Kurdistan]
Company: [Nubin company ]
– Specialized in GFRC and GFRP manufacturing
Key Responsibility
— Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote GFRC products.
—Identify and approach potential clients: architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and government projects.
—Prepare and deliver company profiles, presentations, and proposals.
—Follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts until project award.
—Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
—Coordinate with technical and production teams to prepare accurate offers.
Requirements
—Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
—Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in construction, building materials, or engineering).
—Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
—Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (advantage).
—language: Kurdish ,Arabic and English
