The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships within the community. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while driving revenue growth for the company. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage potential clients through local networks, referrals, and outreach efforts in the Kirkuk region. • Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable solutions, such as loans, savings plans, insurance, or investment products. • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and follow-up. • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback using company systems. • Work closely with other teams, such as customer support and marketing, to enhance client satisfaction and retention. ________________________________________ Qualifications • 0-2 experience in sales, preferably within the financial services. • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • A good understanding of the local market in Kirkuk. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
