The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately. • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings as required. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. • Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages. • Provide information and assistance to customers or clients about company services. • Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow and communication. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Female, preferably based in Kirkuk city. • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred. • Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). • Strong communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (preferred). • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
