Major Tasks & Responsibilities Designing houses, bathrooms and kitchens, utilizing our Porcelains for customers and for our company Create original content, including caption, copy writing in AR, EN and KU. Prepare designs for variety of products and activities, such as Bathroom designs, websites, advertising, , product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organizations a visual 'brand'. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time. Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print. Assist with producing graphics products using Photoshop and other editing programs and video editing. Demonstrate knowledge with image, video and web applications software. Designing Presentations, Creating Templates, and Converting files from multiple media sources.

The Ideal Candidate: Ability to communicate effectively. Specialist Experience (Smart devices or mobile Industry Experience is a Plus). Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish. Excellent administrative and Communication skills. Proficiency in many social media platforms. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) A professional appearance. A concern for others and a desire to help. Knowledge of sale & Marketing systems. Strong customer service skills.

Job Requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in (Architecture/ Interior Design( Bathrooms& houses) Experience 3 years of proven experience as Architect and having rich portfolio in designing houses specifically Bathrooms Competencies Required to Perform the Job Exceptional communication skills and the right attitude with customer. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. Be a self-starter and driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills, including all designs Packages and applications (3d max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and rending through Corona and V-ray ).
