Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. - Ensure accuracy of inventory records and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies. - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands in a timely manner. - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Analyze warehouse operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. - Prepare reports on warehouse management. Requirements: - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse efficiency. - Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional - CSCP) is a plus. - Good Microsoft Office Skills.
