GQ Auto is looking for Spare pars Warehouse Keeper in Erbil. The requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. Minimum 2 year of experience in Supply chain & Warehousing. MS office Good command of English Located in Erbil Good knowledge in cars spare parts. Job Description: • Maintain & control strong records for all materials movements. • Control manual receipts and ensures accuracy of system records. • Revise the order in which parts are added on the system to speed up the adding process. • Monitor inventory daily and compares physical inventory with system records. • Create weekly/monthly reports regarding the materials movement. • Ensure that the supplied quantities are suitable to warehousing space availability. • Check materials quantity and general quality upon receiving and delivering • Ensure warehouses are well maintained. • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
