Technical Sales Manager

Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM (5 days a week, with occasional 6-day work requirements)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Manager with deep expertise in fintech, digital payments, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and offering technical insight to align our solutions with the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
o Lead and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
o Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech and digital payments sectors.
o Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored strategies to drive business growth.
• Technical Expertise & Consulting:
o Provide in-depth knowledge of fintech products and digital payment solutions to clients.
o Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.
o Stay informed of the latest innovations, technologies, and trends in the industry to maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Management & Support:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and timely support.
o Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients.
o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
o Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
o Develop accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Collaborate with the finance team to align forecasts with financial goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotional efforts.
o Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and team members to enhance product understanding.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on fintech or digital payments.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Certifications:
o International certifications in fintech, digital payments, or related technologies will be a strong incentive (e.g., FinTech Certification, Payment Card Industry (PCI) certification, or relevant technology certifications).
• Skills and Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, digital wallets, payment gateways, and emerging payment solutions.
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and handle complex sales cycles.
o Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in fintech and digital payments.
