Job Title: Social Media Specialist Location: Iraq \ Sulaymaniyah Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. 2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. 3. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. 4. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency. 5. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. 6. Oversee social media accounts’ design. 7. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. 8. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Requirements and skills 1. Proven work experience of 3-5 years as a Social Media Specialist 2. Proficiency in both Arabic and Kurdish. Knowing English language is a plus 3. Hands-on experience in content management 4. Exceptional copywriting skills 5. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various formats (text, images, and video)
