Job Title: Social Media Specialist Location: Sulaymaniyah -HQ Employment Type: Full-time Company: Bahar Holding looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance the company’s and its brands’ online presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent posting Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social media platforms. • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and engagement reports. • Execute post boosting and advertising campaigns when required. • Maintain platform security and access in coordination with the IT team. • Collaborate closely with the Content Creator and Creative Lead to implement approved content plans. Requirements: • Proven experience managing brand social media pages and online communities. • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of engagement metrics and social media trends. • Basic understanding of creative or design tools is an advantage. • Strong command of English and Kurdish; Arabic is a plus.
