Join Us at voltera We’re #Hiring Social Media Specialist Job Type: Full-time Location: Erbil Languages Required: Arabic, Kurdish, English Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Meta Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. • Create and implement social media campaigns aligned with the company's brand strategy. • Develop content calendars and schedule posts for consistent engagement. • Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and engaging content. • Conduct content searches and research to stay updated on trends and audience interests. • Handle content creation from preparation to publishing, including writing blogs and producing video content. • Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activities to improve campaign performance. • Prepare and present monthly performance reports detailing campaign outcomes, engagement, and growth. • Create and manage Facebook Pixel and ensure tracking of conversions for advertising campaigns. • Collaborate with business consultant, and marketing team to ensure social media activities are integrated with marketing initiatives. • Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand visibility across platforms. Preferred Skills: • Proficient in Meta Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, and TikTok business profiles. • Strong knowledge of running ad campaigns and utilizing Facebook Pixel for tracking and optimization. • Excellent copywriting skills and experience with content creation and management. • Capable of producing and editing video content for social media platforms. • Ability to create reports and insights from analytics to guide future campaigns. • Experience in following and adapting social media strategies. Note: We're accepting fresh graduates, especially top graduates. Required skills include proficiency in Meta Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube, with strong copywriting, content search, and video skills. The salary during the first three months of probation is 600,000 IQD. After the probation period, the salary will be 800,000 IQD.
