In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, manage teams, and keep the project on schedule. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering results.

Role and Responsibilities
A. Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
B. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure seamless communication and progress.
C. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
D. Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards on-site.
E. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
F. Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
G. Resolve any technical issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
H. Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment allocation, and workforce planning.
I. Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including daily logs, quality assurance records, and safety reports.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
i. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
ii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction site management.
2. Certification or formal training in project management specific to civil engineering projects.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
7. Language Skills: Proficient in English, Arabic and Kurdish.
