We are looking for a skilled Biomedical or Service Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and technical support of advanced aesthetic medical equipment used in dermatology, cosmetology, and beauty clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of devices such as lasers, RF machines, IPLs, HIFU, and skin diagnostics systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform installation, preventive maintenance (PM), and breakdown repairs on a range of aesthetic and dermatological devices. 2. Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs or recommend component replacement. 3. Provide technical support to clinical and sales teams during product demonstrations and treatments. 4. Maintain accurate logs of service reports, maintenance schedules, and customer equipment history. 5. Conduct routine safety checks and ensure all equipment complies with company and local regulatory standards. 6. Train clinic staff on equipment usage, handling, and basic troubleshooting. 7. Travel to client sites (clinics, hospitals, spas) as needed across Baghdad or surrounding areas. 8. Stay updated with emerging aesthetic technologies and service protocols. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical field. 2. 1+ years’ experience maintaining medical or aesthetic devices (laser, RF, etc.). 3. Strong knowledge of energy-based devices and skincare technology. 4. Hands-on experience with brands such as Alma or similar is a strong plus. 5. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documents. 6. Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is desirable. 7. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. 8. Willing to travel locally for on-site support.
