Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs clearly and prepare accurate repair orders. • Use the Service Appointment System to optimize facility and manpower usage. • Provide clear cost estimates, update customers on work progress, and inform them of job completion times. • Prepare precise customer invoices using the Autoline System, including all parts, labor, and lubricant charges. • Promote the dealership’s service and parts department to customers. • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. • Maintain organized filing systems, including updated customer history files and removal of inactive files.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

• Associate’s degree in Mechanics or a Graduate degree. • Prior experience in the automotive field is an advantage. • Proficiency in Kurdish & English,Arabic must be(spoken and written). • Strong customer relations skills (in-person and via telephone). • Ability to assess customer needs and promote parts & service effectively. • Proficient in computer applications: Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Email, Internet. • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
