1. Overview of Work
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and performance of all operational functions across Company’s branches, showrooms, and warehouse. This role ensures full integration between suppliers, warehouse operations, transportation partners, showrooms, and client-facing operations.
The position leads all operational units under one unified operational system, ensuring efficiency, compliance, service quality, cost control, and continuous improvement. The Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating company strategy into effective operational execution across all locations.

2. Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead, control, and continuously improve all operational activities across showrooms and warehouse operations.
• Ensure effective coordination between branches, warehouse, logistics partners, and head office.
• Establish, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational sites.
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement coordination, logistics providers, and service partners.
• Supervise warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, storage, dispatch, and inter-branch transfers.
• Monitor showroom operational performance and resolve cross-functional and cross-branch operational issues.
• Develop and implement operational KPIs, reporting systems, and performance monitoring tools.
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and gaps, and lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare periodic operational reports for executive management.
• Support strategic planning, expansion activities, and operational capacity development.
• Oversee and manage operational systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring effective utilization, data accuracy, and process integration across all operational units.

3. Position Requirements and Qualifications
A. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in Operations / Supply Chain are an advantage.
B. Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing multi-branch or multi-site operations.
• Strong background in warehouse management, supplier coordination, and logistics operations.
• Experience dealing with transportation/transaction companies, suppliers, and service partners.
C. Competencies and Skills

• High level of operational, financial, and process awareness.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems or similar ERP/operational platforms.

• Ability to use systems and digital tools to support operational control, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to design systems, standards, and performance frameworks.
