Vacancy Notice: Senior HR Officer Specialist - Recruitment and Payroll
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq
Duration: One year (including a 3-month probation period)
Reporting to: HR Manager
RT Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer Specialist in Recruitment and
Payroll to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR operations, with particular focus on
recruiting, payroll management, and compliance with Iraqi labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Maintain compliance with Iraqi labor laws and internal bank policies.
- Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and provide HR solutions.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics related to recruitment and payroll.
- Ensure the confidentiality of employee records and payroll data.
- Coordinate with finance and IT teams for payroll-related issues and improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and payroll, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
- Familiarity with Iraqi labor law and HR regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
