Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process for print projects, including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and ensure satisfaction. - Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance. - Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in print design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Fluency in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus.
