Open Position: Sales Team Leader Location: Sulaymaniyah & Erbil Bahar Group is hiring Sales Team Leaders with proven experience in infant milk/nutrition and strong connections with doctors and the medical community. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide daily sales team activities • Develop and implement sales strategies • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and the medical community • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reports Requirements: • Proven experience in infant milk/nutrition sales or medical sales • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus)
