Job Title: Sales Supervisor Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: Laith Al Obaidi Group Cars Company Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in sales, and experience in the automotive or retail industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Team Leadership: o Supervise and guide the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. o Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team skills. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution: o Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. 3. Customer Relationship Management: o Ensure high-quality customer service is provided by the sales team. o Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Reporting and Analytics: o Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs. o Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. • Proficiency in Kurdish, with additional languages (Arabic and English) as a plus. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with CRM and sales management software. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
