Job Description

Responsibilities: • Responsible for directing and supervising corporate sales operations to ensure profit maximization • Developing and Implementing Sales Budgets, Strategies, Commission/Incentive Schemes and Pricing Modules in collaboration with concerned departments and other decision makers in order to reach the set targets with respect to profitability and increasing market share • Heading a department of highly qualified Corporate Relationship associates, Leaders, by developing synergy and Team Spirit • Create and Develop Sales Procedures and set team objectives and KPIs • Staying up to date when it comes to market information, competition and Customer Behavior • Always benchmarking when it comes to offering Bids and Quotations to ensure we are being competitive and within the standard norms submitted in the market • Organizing, Updating and Developing the Company’s Sales Kit and making sure it is reaching the right portfolio • Suggesting new Ideas, projects and other internal plans to optimize business modules • Coordinate with the Finance Department to finalize the Budget versus Actual Achieved results in addition to the credit terms, collection and reconciliation of accounts • Monitoring the Aging report and Team’s daily progress in terms of numbers (revenue, New Accounts gained, lost) • Analyzing Sales Figures to take the necessary measures • Take the necessary corrective and preventive action plan to handle claims • Suggesting Training Courses for team members to insure proper and essential Sales Skills, Communication and other team building exercises Requirements o University degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Sales, marketing) o Knowledge of retail or and wholesale sales principles, method and technique o Very Good language skills (Kurdish, Arabic and English). o Good computer skills: Using Internet, MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point).
