SALES EXECUTIVE ERBIL SHOWROOM Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: ZRN Company (Nippon Paint & Betek Showroom) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at the Nippon Paint & Betek showroom in Erbil. The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Help customers select the right products based on their needs and preferences. Operate paint tinting machines to prepare colors as per customer requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure the showroom is well-organized and products are properly displayed. Collaborate with the showroom manager to improve customer experience and optimize sales processes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction materials industry. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (Turkish is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
