Responsibilities: • Sell products and meet customer needs by securing orders from existing or potential clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service during and after purchase. • Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. • Address client inquiries regarding product quality, pricing, availability, and other details. • Plan, create, publish, and share engaging content (images, videos, etc.) on social media platforms to build customer connections and enhance brand awareness. • Respond promptly to customer questions and needs on social media platforms. • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
