Responsibilities: • Receptionist Duties: o Greet and welcome clients and visitors to EZMA Holding o Answer and direct phone calls in Arabic, Kurdish. o Manage office supplies and equipment o Schedule appointments and meetings o Maintain a clean and organized reception area • Marketing Duties: o Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting Arabic and Kurdish audiences o Manage EZMA Holding's social media platforms in Arabic and Kurdish, respond to comments. o Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations in Arabic and Kurdish o Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the Arabic and Kurdish markets o Support the sales team in achieving sales goals within the Arabic and Kurdish market Qualifications: • BA degree in the related field. • Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish languages (both written and spoken) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • A positive and enthusiastic attitude • Females Only
