A leading company in the field of Aesthetic & Medical Equipment is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Erbil. The successful candidate will support the sales and marketing efforts of our growing aesthetic and medical equipment business, helping to drive awareness, manage client relationships, and ensure the effective promotion of our innovative technologies to clinics, hospitals, dermatologists, and beauty centers. Sales Coordination: • Assist in managing sales activities, including report, product information, and follow-ups with clients. • Coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions. • Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, leads, and communications. • Support sales representatives by organizing product catalogs, samples, and pricing sheets. • Track sales targets and generate regular sales performance reports. Marketing Support: • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns to promote medical and aesthetic equipment to healthcare professionals. • Help develop and localize marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital content) in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. • Manage the company’s online presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and email marketing campaigns. • Organize and support participation in medical conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches across the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
