Retail Sales Manager – Erbil Location: Erbil (with travel to other cities) Reports To: General Manager / CEO Supervises: Shop Supervisors & Sales Associates Objective Lead Jazeerat al-Amani’s retail operations to achieve sales growth, enhance customer experience, and manage expansion of household appliance and kitchen equipment stores across Iraq. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations and sales performance of Erbil shops. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. • Supervise retail teams, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Monitor KPIs: sales, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. • Coordinate new shop openings in other cities. • Work with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns. • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. • Analyze competitors and market trends. Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 4–6 years of retail experience (appliances/electronics). • 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Skills • Strong leadership & communication. • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems. • Sales reporting and inventory control experience. • Fluent in Kurdish & Arabic (English preferred). • Willing to travel; valid driving license preferred.
