Quality Assurance Officer

Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy: Position: Quality Assurance Officer Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu) Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region- Iraq Duties and responsibilities: Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and SOPs. Following the procedures that has been set to improve the sales, service, parts, CRM, processes. Collecting date for operation standards evaluation with PICs. Reviewing all results of the audits and data monthly. Assist departments in understanding audit outcomes and corrective action. Supporting (MY Cihan) and (Omotenashi) activities and following the implementation. Collating all Soft Training needs analyses from relevant department heads, through line mangers and HR. Supporting all QA department activities

Education, Job Requirements & Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. Good data analysis skills and the ability to interpret and present data clearly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
