We’re looking for a Production Software Team Leader to manage labeling operations using our proprietary “plant manager” software. Responsibilities: Plan, assign, and monitor work orders across 100+ labeling lines Track performance, productivity, and KPIs Ensure accuracy and prevent execution errors Prepare daily operational reports Requirements: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Engineering, IT, or equivalent 3–5 years in pharmaceutical or warehouse operations Strong software, coordination, and analytical skills Fluent in English & Kurdish (Arabic/Turkish a plus)
