Job Title: Procurement Specialist Base Location: Iraq, Sulaymaniyah Education Background: Engineering, Business, Telecom. or any related major Work Experience: 3+ years in delivery domain Employment Type : Local Hiring Only

Main Responsibilities:

1. Procurement, includes procurement of third-party equipment, products, and engineering services in overseas projects related to communications and IT. 2. Main responsibilities: supplier sourcing, selection (bidding, negotiation, etc.), daily communication with suppliers and performance management, procurement contract preparation and negotiation, and procurement fulfillment monitoring. Skills & Requirements:

1. Have good communication and coordination skills, have the overall concept, and have the spirit of teamwork. 2. Experience in telecom project delivery. 3. good negotiation ability.

Professional knowledge requirements: 3. Be familiar with office software (Excel and PPT). 4. Good knowledge of communications and understanding the project delivery process. 5. Very Good English language (Arabic & Kurdish is added points)
