Location: Erbil Working Days: Sat- Thu Working type: Full Time 9:00-17:00 Gender: (Male Only) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Procurement Splecialist in Erbil. You will be responsible for sourcing and buying materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be used in daily operations. Responsibilities and Duties: -Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. -Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. -Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. -Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. -Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers. -Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. -Proven experience as a Purchasing, Buying, Accounting, or similar role. -Experience in Car Companies/ Spare part is preferred. -Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills. -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. -Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages is required. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
