Identifying, sourcing, and acquiring goods and services for their organization at the best value. 2. Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. 3. Ensuring procurement adheres to regulations and company policies. 4. Evaluating suppliers, maintaining relationships, approving products, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, or goods. 5. Developing purchasing strategies and coordinating with internal teams regarding supply needs 6. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms. 7. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards. 8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as production, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs. 9. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information. 10. Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions. 11. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. 2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in procurement software/database/ERP system . 5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Language skills: English,Arabic,Kurdish.
