Work Schedule: 6 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Picker Lead at Carrefour, who will oversee and manage the quality and efficiency of orders. this role involves ensuring that orders meet our quality standards, coordinating with customers for updates and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities: Supervise the picking process to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and the quality of the items without any missing or wrong items in the order. Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders, address and resolve any inquiries or issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and support the picking team to ensure efficient and accurate order processing. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Address and resolve operational or customer-related issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with order management systems and basic computer applications.
