Key Responsibilities: 1. Pharmacy Coverage and Relationship Building: • Visit assigned pharmacies regularly • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pharmacy staff and management. • Understand each pharmacy's unique needs and preferences to tailor our approach effectively. 2. Sales Generation: • Identify sales opportunities within pharmacies and effectively communicate product benefits. • Negotiate agreements with pharmacies to secure sales. • Actively pursue new leads and potential partnerships to expand our pharmacy network. • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the organization. 3. Sales Order Follow up. Qualifications: • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Salary and incentives will be determined according candidate qualifications.
