Job Title: Pharma Regulatory Affairs officer DLBEEN Group, a premier distributor of European pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer healthcare products, oral care, and hair care solutions, is seeking a qualified female pharmacist to join our esteemed Regulatory Affairs Department as a Regulatory Affairs Officer. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Erbil, offering a professional and dynamic work environment Role and responsibilities: • Prepare and manage the required documentation for manufacturers site registration with the Kurdistan Medicine Control Agency (KMCA). • Prepare and compile all documents related to the registration of medicinal products in KMCA. • Assist in creating and organizing files for the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Manager. • Regularly report to and support the RA Manager in daily regulatory operations. Qualification and skills • Must be a licensed pharmacist (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in the field is not required). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with document preparation and formatting is essential. • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to follow regulatory guidelines meticulously. • Female candidates only. Language Skills: Native Kurdish and Strong level Arabic fluency and strong English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) Level/Salary Range: 1,300,000 IQD The salary is starting for 3 months
