Job Description

MINISO Iraq is seeking to hire an Operations Specialist in Sulaimaniyah. Job Details: Job Title: Operation Specialist Classification: Full-time employee Department: Operation Direct line: Bussines unit manager Location: Sulaimaniyah -Iraq (HQ). Pay Grade: Based on candidates. Working Days: 5 days a week (Friday and Saturday are off days). Working Hours: 7 hours a day. Salary: Basic salary is up to 1,250,000 IQD + commission. Job responsibilities: 1, KPI (Key performance indicator) management 1) Data analysis. a) Analyze the sales data of every store, find problems, and solve problems. b) Analyze the inventory, products, etc. c) Analyze and compare similar stores' sales data to find ways to increase sales. 2) Control and maintain the completion of KPI d) Find ways to increase sales of stores e) Set a monthly target, follow it, and try to reach it. f) Visit stores regularly to check the standard, staff, products, and sales, find problems and solve problems. 2, Product management. 1) Adjustment of display map. 2) Check the suitability between products in the stores and sales condition and communicate with product manager and planner to make the product structure and inventory structure more reasonable. 3) Adjust the display according to sales condition. 4) Find slow movers and make promotions to clear them up, in this way take full advantage of cash flow and make full use of limited space in the store. 3, Supervision. 1) Visit the store regularly to maintain the operation standard of stores. 2) Visit the store regularly to supervise the execution of notifications. 4, Communication and coordination. 1) Communication between different departments in headquarters. 2) Communication between headquarters and stores. 5, People management. 1) Arrange the promotion process every three months. 2) Training of store staff and managers. 3) Give promotions to those who are good and eliminate those who are bad. 6, Other related work. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. - Fluent in both Arabic and English language, and a native speaker of the Kurdish language. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Working ability with tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to problem solve, and good decision-making skills. - Strong ethical standards. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Multitasking skills. - Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks. - A very good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel). - Solid knowledge of customer services. - Great knowledge of the sales field. - Documentation skills.
