Office Manager – Erbil
Department: Operations / Administration
Reports to: General Manager
Role Purpose
Run day-to-day operations, admin, maintenance, and tenant relations to keep the project running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee rentals, maintenance, security, and cleaning
• Supervise accounting/admin staff and ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain facilities, utilities, and cleanliness
• Handle tenant communication, complaints, and occupancy
• Lead marketing to promote apartments and attract tenants
• Track performance, expenses, and coordinate suppliers
• Prepare operational & financial reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in office/project management (housing/facility preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization
• English proficiency (Kurdish/Arabic a plus)
• Reliable, proactive, able to multitask under pressure
