The selected candidate will lead the sales strategy and drive growth across Iraq, representing one of the most recognized automotive brands in the market. Job Overview: The National Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all national sales activities. This includes developing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across all markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales teams to achieve sales goals and profitability targets. Set and monitor performance KPIs for sales operations nationwide. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
