SAMMAR pharmaceuticals companies looking for highly qualified #MarketingSupervisor Location: ERBIL Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Follows all relevant company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. - Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the sales team to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. - Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes, and procedures. - Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. - Promotion of medicines portfolio with adherence to local regulatory and pharma code - Drive sales and market share of product portfolio - Prepare sales and budget forecast and market reports - Ensure flawless execution of team sales account plans based on expert engagement plan - Develop, implement, and follow up customers engagement plan - Coach, inspire, develop, and manage team to provide high quality outcome Education and Experience Required: - ( Pharmacist is must) - male preferred - At least 2-4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing.
