Baghawan Company as a foodstuff authorized distributor is looking for a talented marketing specialist in order to fulfill the current position. Job Description; Marketing Specialists are mostly in charge of developing and carrying out marketing strategies that successfully communicate the benefits of a company's products or services to its target audience. Responsibilities: • Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs • Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget • Prepare detailed marketing forecasts on a regular basis for upper management • Organize and coordinate marketing activities and events • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing activities • Sourcing new customers and clients such as Hotels, Markets and Etc., • Following company’s operation and CEO. • Conducting a presentation In-house and Public. • Also, other related Marketing task that will be given during the working period. Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role • Experience in market research and report writing • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.) • Well-organized and detail oriented • Exceptional communication and writing skills • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
