Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the dermo cosmetic field, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dermo cosmetic products. - Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements. -Manage social media channels and online presence to engage with customers. -Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals. -Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; MBA preferred. - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the dermo cosmetic or beauty industry. -Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. -Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and project management.
