About the Role
Al-Hayat Pepsi is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our Sales team in Erbil. The ideal candidate must have solid FMCG sales experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of modern trade, wholesale, and large retail operations. This role involves managing major clients and expanding key partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including modern trade and large retail clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Monitor account performance and provide data-driven insights to enhance sales outcomes
• Ensure customer satisfaction through close coordination with internal teams
• Conduct visits and attend client meetings as needed across the region
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2+ years in Key Account Management
• Strong knowledge of modern trade, wholesale, and large retail operations
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel within the region
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
