Position: IT Specialist
Job Type: ( 8:30am-2:30pm )
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team .
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the institute's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches. - Provide technical support to staff and students, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Oversee software installations, updates, and upgrades. - maintenance of IT policies - Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery processes.
