We are looking for an ERP & Application Support Specialist to join our team and support our ERP system and third-party mobile applications (Sales & Medical). The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily functional and technical support for ERP and applications • Assist in system integrations and maintain technical documentation • Manage the ticketing system and resolve issues efficiently • Conduct user training and prepare system maintenance plans • Develop reports and implement new software solutions as needed

Requirements

Required Technical Skills: • SQL • ASP.NET (C#/VB) • Python • Basic Linux & Windows Server • Git • Odoo or any other ERP system • DevOps concepts • Power BI • Google Flutter

Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and ERP/application support • Strong understanding of business processes & accounting transactions • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
