Job Summary: One of our clients seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for ERP systems and third-party applications.

Key Objectives: -Provide functional support for ERP systems and third-party mobile applications (Sales & Medical). -Ensure timely resolution of technical and functional issues. -Improve user experience through proactive support, training, and system enhancements. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance and seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities: -Provide daily functional and technical support for ERP systems, applications, devices, and operating systems. -Support company departments during daily operations and resolve system-related issues. -Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients when required. -Assist with system integrations and upgrades. -Manage and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring all issues and resolutions are documented. -Maintain and update technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals. -Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently. -Coordinate support activities at both local and international levels. -Deliver regular and customized training sessions to business users. -Prepare system maintenance plans and manage upgrade schedules. -Develop reports to support business and operational needs. -Design and implement new software solutions based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills: -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. -Experience in Application Support or ERP support roles. -Strong knowledge of operating systems, mobile devices, and business applications. -Understanding of system integrations and business workflows. -Experience using ticketing systems and issue tracking tools. -Experience in user training and documentation. -Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
