The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous system improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily functional & technical support for ERP and applications • Assist in system integrations and maintain documentation • Manage ticketing system and resolve issues efficiently • Conduct user training and prepare system maintenance plans • Develop reports and implement new software solutions as needed Requirements: Required Skills: • SQL, ASP.NET (C#/VB), Python • Basic Linux & Windows Server • Git, Odoo or any ERP system, DevOps • Power BI, Google Flutter Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development & ERP/application support • Strong understanding of business processes & accounting transactions • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
