Job Purpose Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of all inventory movements to maintain stock accuracy, prevent variances, and support financial control over inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily inventory movements and maintain accurate ERP records • Conduct physical counts and cycle counts with warehouse teams • Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions • Verify transactions (adjustments, transfers, returns) • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports • Ensure compliance with internal inventory control procedures • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement • Support month-end valuation and inventory reconciliation • Recommend improvements to reduce variances and enhance accuracy

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control (FMCG preferred) • Strong knowledge of stock management, reconciliation, and ERP systems • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Good communication and coordination skills
