Responsibilities:
Active Participation in the Training Program:
Engage in workshops and training sessions, both theoretical and practical, provided by UW to enhance knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the success of project events and training initiatives.
Assistance in Project Management and Activities:
Participate in the execution of various project activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring.
Assist in conducting workshops, training sessions, and social initiatives.
Communication and Awareness:
Collaborate in managing UW's social media accounts to promote project updates and raise awareness.
Assist in creating compelling content, including photos and videos, to increase project visibility.
Engage with volunteers and stakeholders through communication channels, responding to inquiries.
Contribution to Building the Database:
Assist in collecting relevant project data and entering it into the database.
Contribute to data analysis and preparation of regular reports on program performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant academic program (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management).
Passionate about community development, youth empowerment, and sustainable development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Duration and Commitment:
The internship duration is 3 months. This is an unpaid internship opportunity, and the intern will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the internship.
