As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled HR Talent Acquisition and OD Specialist to join our team and help us grow and evolve.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Management: Support the management of the performance system to align with company goals.

Training and Development: Work with department heads to identify and prioritize training needs within budget.

Talent Development: Assist in developing programs to grow and improve employee skills. Employee Engagement: Help design and implement initiatives to keep employees motivated and engaged.

Well-being: Promote programs that support employee mental, physical, and emotional health.

Reporting: Prepare simple reports on training and development activities.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven 2 years experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably in FMCG. -Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with HR software -A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
