Job Description

We’re Hiring: HR Officer (Erbil) Harkat is looking for a motivated HR Officer (Male) to support HR operations and build a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities: • Handle recruitment, onboarding & HR records • Manage attendance, leave & payroll • Implement HR policies & training programs • Ensure compliance with labor laws • Act as the main HR contact

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in HR/Business (or related field) • 1–2 years’ HR experience • Male – based in Erbil • Strong communication & leadership skills • Proficient in MS Office & HR software • Fluent Kurdish & Arabic, good English
