Job Title: HR Officer Location: Sulaymaniyah Employment Type: Full-time Company: Bahar holding We are seeking a motivated and professional HR Officer to support key Human Resources functions — from recruitment to employee relations and administrative operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes • Support employee relations and resolve workplace concerns • Assist in payroll processing, benefits, and HR records • Coordinate travel arrangements and company events • Monitor attendance and leave requests • Support performance reviews and HR reporting • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role (FMCG experience preferred) • Solid knowledge of HR procedures and labor regulations • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus • Discreet, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
