Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment and Staffing: • Filter CVs and candidates. • Organize and participate in interview schedules and times. • Coordinate with the CEO to fill vacancies with the best candidates. - Employee Relations: • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. • Manage leave requests and ensure proper documentation. • Facilitate communication between employees and management. - HR Administration: • Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date. • Oversee payroll and benefits administration. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Training and Development: • Identify training needs and organize training sessions. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Provide support for employee career development. - Performance Management: • Implement performance appraisal systems. • Provide feedback and support to employees for performance improvement. • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention. - Email Management: • Receive and send emails from/to employees and staff. • Approve leave requests for staff after CEO’s approval. • Inform the CEO about any requests from the staff via email. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
